อัปเดต!!! โครงการวีซ่าล็อตเตอรี่ (Diversity Visa) DV-2019 เปลี่ยนแปลงวันลงทะเบียนเป็นวันที่ 18 ตุลาคม 2017 จนถึง วันที่ 22 พฤศจิกายน 2017 ตามเวลามาตรฐานตะวันออก (EST) สำหรับผู้สมัครที่ลงทะเบียนก่อนวันที่ 18 ตุลาคม 2017 จะต้องทำการลงทะเบียนใหม่ โดยสมัครผ่านหน้าเว็บไซต์กระทรวงการต่างประเทศสหรัฐฯwww.dvlottery.state.gov (ผ่านระบบออนไลน์เท่านั้น)

The 2019 Diversity Visa Program (DV-2019) has changed the new entry period from October 18, 2017 and will be closed at noon (EST) November 22, 2017! All enrollments made prior to October 18, 2017 will need to be resubmitted. Applicants must submit entries electronically on their own atwww.dvlottery.state.gov
